Session Fees

Initial Counseling Evaluation: $180

Individual Session (55-60 minutes): $155

Insurance

Insurance coverage depends on your individual plan and is an agreement between you and your insurance provider. Coverage for counseling services may be full or partial. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your benefits. Please consider asking the following questions:

- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

- Are in person and online sessions covered by my insurance plan?

- Do I have a copay or a deductible? If so, what is it, and if it’s a deductible, have I met it?

- Is there a limit on the number of sessions covered per calendar year? If so, what is the limit?

- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?

We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare, and can file claims for these plans. For other insurance providers, we are considered out-of-network, and you will need to submit claims yourself. We will provide you with a superbill to file with your insurance company.

Please be aware that many insurance plans require a diagnosis and may limit the number and types of sessions covered. We can discuss how these requirements may impact your treatment options.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards through your Orchid Exchange client portal. Payment, including copays, is expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or no-shows, will incur a $100 cancellation fee, except in cases of emergency.
